Our 'Boost your sleep' workshops on 15/09 and 01/10 will not take place because of the 'COVID-19' virus. We hope to organize them at a later date during autumn or winter, virtually.

Therefore we are organizing the Boost your sleep workshop. During this workshop we give out top tips on how to improve your sleep and tips & tricks for a good sleep routine.
