INTRO

Focus on your own mindset, body & soul.

What better way to do this by engaging in one of the live sport sessions that are coming up in the months of May & June. Well-being has engaged a trainer who will organize deep-dives into power yoga and total body work-outs, both offering the combination of cardio and muscle strengthening exercises from the comfort of your home.

Dynamic Flow Yoga

Powerful poses and calm stretch positions

  • Dynamic Flow Yoga

These poses are combined into different flows, making it a dynamic lesson that activates and stretches your whole body. An important focus is on breathing, which is used to link the poses together.

Enough time is taken to work on a correct posture, and options are offered so that the lesson is accessible to each level.

  • Body Work-Out

We will alternate between exercises that strengthen muscle and cardio-focused exercises.

Sometimes a little more focus is placed on a certain muscle group, but all large muscle groups are covered every lesson anyway. We always end the lesson with a short but spicy workout for maximum effect on your general condition.

Also in this lesson, options are offered so that the lesson is accessible to every level.

Yoga Vibes

About 12 years ago I ended up in my first yoga class. Year after year yoga became more important to me and so came that next step, yoga teacher training and the creation of Yoga Vibes Wilsele!

Besides yoga, I am also a real sports fanatic. Gymnastics, dancing, tennis, athletics, climbing, skiing, snowboarding, Crossfit, ... I've done pretty much everything. Currently, the fitness is my favorite outlet! (a kind of milder form of Crossfit)

Furthermore, I am also very happy to spend a lot of time with my 2 sweet children (6 and 9) and the rest of my family. I like tasty and healthy food, occasionally a glass of wine, a herbal tea under a blanket, a good conversation, an interesting book and a brisk walk. Breathing exercises, cold showers and ice baths have become an important part of my life!

EY For Life 2021

HOW TO MAKE YOUR SPORTY MOMENT A CHARITABLE ACTION?

Make a Wish Belgium is an organization that accompanies children with a critical illness on their journey and make one of their big wishes come true, giving them hope and an extraordinary experience that can be a great source of energy for them as they fight the disease. Throughout 2021, EY Belgium will support the organization with various fundraising actions, but you can also show your support by making your sporty moment a charitable action.

Donate a small amount (€5-10) per yoga or total body work-out class that you would like to follow by making a bank transfer to the following bank account: EY Bedrijfsrevisoren  BE71 2100 9059 0069 (BIC : GEBABEBB). In the ‘communication’ section, don’t forget to add: “Yoga donation”.

 *

As each year, we will collect all the donations throughout the year on a dedicated EY bank account and will transfer.
